Prices STARTING AT $50 per person (for 4-6 people)
PRIVATE AT $180 for 3 or less
Includes up to 4 items from below (chosen from separate categories and based on total compexity of menu based on chef's approval and availability)

3-4 hour class, food and meal included (extra travel charge to West Side)
SOUPS:
Carrot Ginger Coconut Soup
COMPONENTS: Create a tasty soup using vegetarian ingredients & coconut milk
Roasted Tomato Vegetable Soup
COMPONENTS: Use vegetables to create a healthy hearty soup and learn to blend in food processor for creamy rich texture
APPETIZERS:
Basil Garlic Hummus or Red Pepper Hummus
COMPONENTS: Learn to make creamy hummus at home with your flavor profile
Roasted Marinated Portabella Mushrooms baked with Herbed Goat Cheese
COMPONENTS: Making marinade and an herbed goat cheese
Coconut Shrimp or Sweet Potaotes on Skewers with sweet chili sauce
COMPONENTS: Breading shrimp or sweet potatoes, frying shrimp and making your own sweet chili sauce or honey mustard sauce
Caramelized Onion Cheese Focaccia
COMPONENTS: Focaccia dough, toppings and baking.  Double rising yeast dough, preparing caramelized onions and using herbs in focaccia.
Salmon Corn Cakes with mango pineapple salsa
COMPONENTS: preparing salmon, fresh corn and making a “salmon cake”
SALADS & VEGETABLES:
Mixed green salad with roasted beets and a basil citrus vinaigrette and hazelnut goat cheese cake
COMPONENTS: Make dressing, warm goat cheese cake and prepare vegetables for salad.  Includes how to roast beets.
Tomato, Avocado, Basil, Garlic Salad with Toasted Cheese Bread
COMPONENTS: Easy salad that is refreshing, light dressing



Roasting Vegetables
SELECTION COULD INCLUDE:
Garlic red-skinned potatoes, rosemary sweet potato fries, roasted beets, onions and zucchini, and asparagus
COMPONENTS: Roasting vegetables for enhancing flavor of vegetables
Orzo Salad with feta, basil, sundred tomatoes, garlic and carrots wtih a very light olive oil dressing.
COMPONENTS: Create a tasty variation to traditional pasta salad.
MAIN COURSES:




Teriyaki Tofu and Oriental Vegetables
COMPONENTS: Make tofu firm and crispy, create a ginger teriyayki sauce. How to Keep vegetables crunchy and fresh in a stir fry.
Teriyaki Salmon over Coconut Rice with Carrots and Onions

Mushroom or Shrimp Risotto
COMPONENTS: Secrets to making risotto ahead and preparing for a party
Whole Wheat Wraps: Seared ahi and/or chicken, caramelized onions, avocado and carrots with a sweet chili sauce or peanut sauce (choice of one)
COMPONENTS: Make seared ahi and/or chicken.  Prepare filling ingredients and how to warm wrap. Learn to caramelize onions.  Make a sauce of choice.
